Please return the completed Registration Form to the Congress Secretariat with appropriate fees as early as possible to ensure receipt of the complete set of conference materials upon checking in at the time of the conference. Photocopies of the form may be used.
Instructions For Student Registration
Please provide a letter of evidence of your student status from the Head of Department or university.
Payment Instructions
All Registration Forms must be accompanied by payment/proof of payment, which may be made by Bank Draft, Local Bank Cheque, Bank Transfer, Visa or MasterCard. All fees are payable in Malaysian Ringgit (participants from Malaysia) and US Dollars (overseas participant).
Instruction for Bank Transfer (Online transfer/Cash Deposit Machine/Bank Counter):
Please fax the transfer receipt to 603-89282956, or if via online transfer please capture(Print Screen) the last page of the transaction and email to wctb08@gmail.com with the subject “Bank Transfer Receipt”. You also can send the receipt by mail together with your registration form.
Please include a cover page with your name, contact address, phone number, email address, date of payment and bank name together with your receipt if you are sending by fax, email or mail.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refund will be made after the conference:
Cancellation on or before 1 April 2008 : 50% refund
Cancellation after 1 April 2008 : No refund
