1. The poster will be displayed on a panel board and should be designed to occupy an area of 0.8 metre high and 0.6 metre wide.       

2. The poster layout should be designed to include:
- Title, authors, address (at the upper edge, across the width of the whole poster)
- Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions

3. The text legends, graphs and illustrations should be easily read from a distance of 1.5 meters.

 Kindly be informed that you may mount your poster for display from 0730 hrs on 3rd June 2008. Your poster should be displayed through the duration of the meeting and should be taken off after 1500 – 1700 hrs on 5th June 2008.

Velcro on the poster board will be provided. Please refer the Abstract Book (which will be given to you at the time of registration) for the poster number.
