Registration Desk
The registration desk will be opened at the Concourse Level, Convention Centre, ground floor during the following hours:
1 June 2008 (Sunday) 5.00 pm - 7.00 pm
2 June 2008 (Monday ) 8.00 am - 7.00 pm
Exhibition
An exhibition comprising approximately 12 booths at Concourse Level, Convention Centre, ground floor will be held from 3 - 5 June 2008. Congress participants are welcome to visit the exhibition. Payment
All payments are to be issued in favour of “Tissue Banking Conference”.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refund will be made after the conference:
Cancellation on or before 1 April 2008 : 50% refund.
Cancellation after 1 April 2008 : No refund.
Letter of Invitation
Upon request, the Organising Committee will issue a letter of invitation. The sole purpose of the letter is to facilitate the delegate's travel and visa arrangements. The invitation does not imply provision of financial or other support.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates.
Liability
The Organising Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private properties of the delegates during the conference. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
Airport Transfers
The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) is approximately 70 kilometers or an hour by car to Rennaisance Kuala Lumpur Hotel. Limousines and taxis are available on a 24-hour basis. The cost is approximately USD20 for the budget and USD35 for limousine service. This is a pre-paid service and coupons could be purchased at the designated counters in the airport (after you have cleared immigration and customs).
